Julie Cohn
“I am a life long learner, and watercolor, as an improvisational medium, teaches me every day. Whether abstract, representational or realistic, the subject before me asks only that I am present to address my heart and spirit first, letting my skill naturally respond. My allowing of form to coalesce naturally keeps me engaged and ever poised for the next step. Faith in something universal beyond my brushes and paints is the fuel that brings life to my art.”
